Graduate of the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics, as well as the Postgraduate Civil Law Studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). She initiated her doctoral dissertation under the academic supervision of Professor Fryderyk Zoll at Jagiellonian University, titled „Abuzywność klauzul nieuzgodnionych indywidualnie a ogólne granice kształtowania treści czynności prawnej” She is also the author of a scholarly publication in the field of banking law („Potrącenie wierzytelności banku z wierzytelnością posiadacza rachunku bankowego”, Transformacje Prawa Prywatnego, Kraków 2016, nr 3).

She is fluent in English. In 2013, she was employed as a legal counsel at Euro Bank S.A., where she gained extensive experience in banking products, including consumer credit and insurance products in cooperation with an insurance company—from the stage of preliminary legal-business analyses, through the implementation of the product into the bank’s offer (including the implementation of online contract processes), to the post-sale process control and the adaptation of the existing offer to evolving legal regulations, including the recommendations of the Financial Supervision Authority.

Graduate of the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics, with a degree in law. From 2003 to 2006, she completed judicial training at the District Court in Legnica, concluding with the judicial examination. In 2007, she obtained the title of legal counsel.

Since 2007, she has run her own business in the form of a legal counsel's office, and from 2011 to 2018, she worked as a legal counsel at Euro Bank S.A. In the course of her duties, she primarily focused on representing the bank in court proceedings before common courts, administrative courts, and the Supreme Court. She specialized in handling credit products, including both consumer and mortgage loans, as well as insurance products tied to loans, participating in tasks such as creating product regulations, supporting the complaint handling process for these products, and implementing changes resulting from regulatory updates or recommendations from the Financial Supervision Authority. She possesses extensive knowledge and practical experience in the field of consumer law and also has experience in data protection.

In her career, she has already won several hundred cases, and the number continues to grow. She has handled many high-profile compensation lawsuits and prominent business disputes. Before joining us, she worked for the largest law firms in Wrocław. She has helped companies go public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), advised management boards, and provided ongoing legal assistance.

She gained in-depth knowledge of business law while working in the Commercial and Bankruptcy Division of a court in Greater Poland. In 2008, she left her position at the court to become a legal counsel, and since then, she has been an invaluable support to business clients. In addition to civil law, she specializes in labor law and social security law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Wrocław, she holds degrees in Law and in Management and Marketing with a specialization in business unit management. Privately, she is a travel enthusiast and a mother of a 4-year-old son.
