Product safety

The products we purchase as consumers should be safe to use and pose no threat to our health or life.

Information

Consumers have the right to clear and accurate information about products and services, including prices, features, terms of use, warranties, etc. The seller is obligated to inform the consumer about these aspects.

Withdrawal from a Contract

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving the goods or signing the contract, without the need to provide a reason, when the contract was concluded remotely or outside the business premises.

Complaint

If a product is defective or there is another discrepancy between the service or product and the contract, as consumers, we have the right to file a complaint and request a replacement or a refund.

Data protection

Our personal data should be protected by the seller and used in accordance with data protection regulations.

Seller's Liability

The seller or service provider is responsible for ensuring that the product or service complies with the contract, and in the event of non-performance, they bear liability.
